  4. Toggles the balloon help on or off.  Balloons describing the function of each element of SwitchBack are shown only if the ‚ÄúSwitchBack Help‚Äù file is present in the same folder as the SwitchBack application.  Pressing the ‚ÄúHelp‚Äù key on extended keyboards is a shortcut for this item.
